James did a fantastic job for us. He was easy to speak with and gave us great ideas with respect to how to improve our sump pump functionality during cold winter months. I would highly recommend him to anyone
James did an excellent job of diagnosing our hot water issues. We had 3 other plumbers review our problem and he was the best able to explain our problem and our choices to remedy them...
Jeremy came out on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. He stayed till everything was done and gave me options for issues that couldn't be fixed that day. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Don’s the best! He’s come to our rescue so quickly each time we’ve reached out to MacGregor with plumbing leaks. Thankful for their expertise and thoughtfulness to the job!
Had a water heater freeze on the coldest day of the year and needed to be replaced. Called McGregor in the morning and within a couple of hours their service representative Don was here and assessed the damage...
My family recommended Macgregor plumbing. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service.
Don went above and beyond to help solve all my plumbing issues. I will only be using this company moving forward.
Thanks again
